Projector was designed to be one of the most powerful, yet most affordable fully integrated professional services automation suites on the market. Try it free for 30 days, and just continue using your trial account to run your business if you like what you see.
We calculate monthly subscription fees at the end of the month based on the actual number of users, optional services, and integrations used for that month. In addition, there are no activation fees, termination fees, or minimum contract terms, so you're always in control of how you want to use Projector and for how long. What this means is that Projector is priced on a truly on-demand basis, without the hidden costs, payment for unused features, or forced planning for peak staffing levels that can make other SaaS solutions more expensive than they first appear.
Projector Editions
We have created three different editions of Projector to give you the perfect balance of price, product features, and services:
- Team Edition
The Team Edition provides all the features of Projector's full project accounting module at a price comparable to many products that provide nothing but a simplistic online timesheet. Perfect for smaller organizations with simpler needs, or companies wanting to implement Projector in phases. - Professional Edition
Projector's Professional Edition provides all of the advanced features of Projector's three modules plus the opportunity to select just the integrations and optional services needed by the organization. - Enterprise Edition
The Enterprise Edition is perfect for those companies who require everything that Projector can offer: all the advanced features and pre-built integrations of Projector plus whatever optional services they need. The Enterprise Edition also provides access to services that larger organizations often require, such as 24x7 emergency support or the ability to host Projector on their own servers.
No matter which edition you choose, Projector's excellent e-mail support, bug fixes, and enhancements to features included in the edition are all part of the subscription fees.

Volume Discounts
We offer volume discounts on the users/resources portion of the monthly subscription fees to ensure that Projector remains price competitive for larger organizations. For each tier of the discount structure, we apply a percentage discount for the portion of the fees within that tier as follows:
