Automated QuickBooks and Great Plains interfaces

From Projector’s Integration Console, Projector can synchronize itself with QuickBooks and Microsoft Great Plains by supplying those applications with the appropriate A/P, A/R, and G/L transactions. This lets Projector manage the details of expense reports, invoices, and time cards, while letting finance use QuickBooks or Great Plains to pay expense reports, track invoice collection, and account for labor hours – all without duplicate data entry. The QuickBooks interface also allows easy import, export, and ongoing synchronization of QuickBooks' customers and vendors with Projector's clients and resources. This interface uses QuickBooks’ new XML and Great Plains' eConnect integration technology.

This integration eliminates redundant data entry and potential errors since it copies over account, opportunity, and address information, and it even can preserve the complex multi-level client hierarchies that can be modeled in salesforce.com.
