Projector PSA offers training for all types of users: project managers, schedulers, administrators, and reports users. Training is available via the Internet or at your company.

Best Practices Class
Learn best practices for managing and measuring your professional services organization. With a focus on management, this highly customized class is an excellent way to introduce your staff to the specific issues facing your organization, and to the science of making service organizations like yours more successful.

Projector Integration Program
Get expert assistance with integrating Projector into your operations. Projector PSA will provide guidance in refining organizational structure (with regard to resource management), developing key metrics and measurements for your organization, planning deployment phasing, and choosing how to use Projector to best meet business goals. Projector PSA will also support your organization with systems integration planning to integrate Projector to your existing information systems. This six-day program is generally delivered over two weeks, with four of the six days held on-site at your offices.

Projector Rapid Deployment
We'll provide your company with on-site assistance with the configuration and deployment of Projector. This includes one day for each of the following: implementation planning review, discussion and fine-tuning of Projector configuration plans, and hands-on Projector configuration support. In addition, you'll receive two Projector Project Manager Classes, one Projector Scheduler Class, and one day of follow-up Projector configuration tuning and remote training.

Projector Project Manager Class
This class delivers specific training for project managers who will use Projector. This training can be delivered on-site or remotely.

Projector Scheduler Class
This class provides users with training on how to manage the scheduling workflow, find specific resources to satisfy requests, and understand how to most efficiently utilize staff. We recommend that schedulers take the Project Manager Class before attending the Scheduler Class. This training can be delivered on-site or remotely.

Advanced Analytical Reporting Class
Users of Projector reports who want to maximize the benefit that they get from Projector reporting should take this class. Participants will come away with an in-depth understanding of Projector's data and the different reporting approaches that Projector provides to allow advanced analysis and monitoring of your organization's performance.

Additional services
Our services include custom configuration and implementation of Projector beyond basic installation, and technical services to integrate Projector with your existing systems.
