ABOUT THE ROLE

Projector is looking for highly motivated individuals who wants to jump start their career and join our team as a Sales Development Representative.  This is role provides full training and a quick path to a career in Sales.

Reporting to the VP of Sales and collaborating closely with our Marketing and Account Executive teams you will learn everything there is to know about how to grow and manage a sales pipeline and win new business.  You’ll source, drive, and build relationships with executive and C-suite leaders to open doors to new business opportunities.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Strong desire to succeed and to move up within a sales organization.
  • Able to think strategically and tactically with creative problem-solving approach.
  • An unbreakable positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
  • Desire and ability to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a relevant experience is a plus.
  • You are rock star if you have experience in the fintech space, background in finance or professional service (consulting) organizations.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

  • Working closely with the VP of Sales and marketing team to research and qualify inbound leads.
  • Utilize our best in class tool kit including Salesforce, Salesloft and Linkedin Navigator.
  • Schedule and conduct intro calls to executive and C-suite prospects.
  • Clearly communicating Projector’s value propositions to prospects, identify prospect’s needs and pain points to determine if they are a good fit.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Develop your skill set and product knowledge and be promoted Account Executive role.

COMPENSATION 

Sales Development Representative will receive competitive base salary and OTE including an uncapped performance bonus.

 

This is a full-time position and our headquarters are in Boston, MA. We have hybrid model where we work both in the office and at home. We support a culture of career development and promote from within.
