Projector PSA Achieves Highest Level of User Satisfaction Among All PSA Solutions in SPI Research’s Professional Services Benchmark

Projector PSA Receives Highest Marks in User Satisfaction

In the 2019 Professional Services Maturity™ Benchmark, Projector users rated their satisfaction with Projector at 4.75 out of 5. This was the highest level of PSA software satisfaction among all of the PSA solutions represented in the benchmark, and significantly higher than the benchmark average across 622 respondents of 3.85. Given that PSA software is the core operational system for a professional services firm, user satisfaction is the ultimate expression of how well a PSA tool fits the needs of a business.
